Voting for Retro Cards and Groups is one of the most important steps as this is where the Participants determine what topics to discuss during the Discussion step.

Possible Actions to take during the Voting step:

• Participants can add and remove votes to and from Retro Cards and Groups

• Hovering over a Retro Card or Group the user can add a vote with the ‘+' and remove a vote with the '-’

• Users have a limited number of votes set up at the start of the Retrospective Event on the Lobby screen under the Event Settings
