Discussion

The Discussion step is for going through the most important topics of the Retrospective, discussing them and creating Action Items for them.

Retro Cards and Groups which got at least one vote are displayed during the Discussion step in the “All rated topics” section. Clicking on the Retro Cards and Groups in the “All rated topics” section will select them. Doing this will also reveal any Action Items that has been already added to them

After selecting a Retro Card or Group, Action Items can be added to them. After typing in the “Add action item and press Enter!” field by pressing Enterthe Action Item is created.
