Setting up a retrospective board

The first step towards having a Retrospective event is to set up a Retrospective board. This can be done using either Default board templates or Custom board templates. After a Retrospective board is created the users can join it and start creating Retrospective Cards on the Backlog screen.

If there is no board created for a project, the Project Card will indicate it with a Setup Retrospective button.

Clicking the Setup Retrospective button will bring up a modal where the User can customise the Retrospective further by adding a custom name or changing its board template. This modal also shows the name and layout of the currently default board template. clicking Create creates the Retrospective board with the current Name and Board template and takes the user to the Backlog step.

The Change Board button takes the user to the second page of the modal where the currently selected Board Template can be switched out. The user can use filters to narrow down the selection and after finding an appropriate Board Template it only needs to be selected to be active for the next Retrospective Board. Clicking the Back button will take the User back to the Board creation page of the modal with the actually selected board being displayed.
Always the last used template will be the default for the next time.
