Custom templates

Besides Default templates Power Retro is capable of handling Custom templates as well. These can help the users customise their retrospectives to the smallest detail. To create a Custom template the user has to either follow the <your project> → Project Settings → Power Retro route or click the Manage Retrospective button on one of the Active Projects.

On the newly opened screen click New Template and you can start customising it.

After clicking the New Template button a retrospective board template with a single green column will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Clicking Edit initiates the customisations:

• Adding and deleting columns - plus icon and trashcan icon

• Changing the order of the columns - using Drag & Drop

• Changing the title of the columns - the title boxes are clickable and editable

• Changing the colour of the columns - clicking the colour in the bottom right corner
