Team Management

Creating a Team

  • Navigate to the Project Settings / Power Retro section or open the Power Retro from Dashboard and click Manage Retrospective on a card

  • Click on Team Management in the menu

  • Click the Create team button to establish your first Team

On the Create Team modal:

  • Choose a Team name

  • Pick a Team color

  • Add Team members - you can add multiple at once

  • Add all Team members by one click

  • After everything is ready, click the Create team button

Modifying a Team

  • To modify a Team you need to click on the pencil icon on the Team card

  • You can modify the name, color and Team members

  • Click save to save the changes

Archiving a Team

Archiving a Team hides the Team Card from the Dashboard and makes it impossible to access to anyone without Project Management permissions. Created Retrospectives are not lost, but they can only be opened, if the Team is reactivated.

  • To Achieve a Team you need to click on the archive icon or the modify icon and click on the ‘Archive’ button

  • On the dialog modal click Archive

Reactivate Team

  • Open the Archived teams

  • Click on the Reactivate button

 

Delete Team

  • Open the Archived teams

  • Click on the Delete button (You won’t be able to restore it again)
