  • hovering over the Back arrow in the bottom left part of the screen expands it and reveales, clicking it Clicking the back to Backlog button it will change the step of the board back to Backlog

  • The Start Retrospective Event button launches the retrospective event with the actual Event Settings which can be set by clicking the cogwheel button in the top right corner of the screen

Note

Clicking the Let’s Go! Start Retrospective Event button is final. The Facilitator can’t step back to the Lobby after doing it.

Brainstorming

  • if the “Everybody has to add at least one idea” option is enabled in the Event Settings and someone has not added any retro cards to the board the Facilitator will get an informative error message about the situation when trying to progress to the next step. The step can be changed regardless by clicking Continue Anyway

  • the Facilitator of the Retrospective Event can create Action Items and change between topics to discuss with the Team

  • After all necessary topics has been discussed the Facilitator can click the Finish Retrospective button which closes the event and takes everyone to the Summary page

Participants

Participants are usually teammates that worked together in the previous period. They can:

  • create Retrospective Cards with their ideas

  • move the Cards between columns or just reorder them with drag & drop Group the Retrospective Cards

  • Vote for individual Cards or a whole group to discuss them on the Discussion page
