There are 3 roles in Power Retro:

Facilitator

The Facilitator directs the flow of the retrospective:

  • administers the Event Settings

  • changes the steps on the Progress Bar and leads the conversations

  • based on the actual step of the Retrospective Event the Facilitator has a number of extra options

Backlog

  • the Open Lobby button is shown to all Users with Create Retrospective Board Jira permission. Clicking it will grant the user the Facilitator role

Lobby

  • hovering over the Back arrow in the bottom left part of the screen expands it and reveales, clicking it will change the step of the board back to Backlog

  • In the middle of the screen, the Let’s Go! button launches the retrospective event with the actual Event Settings which can be set by clicking the cogwheel button in the top right corner of the screen

Clicking the Let’s Go! button is final. The Facilitator can’t step back to the Lobby after doing it.

 

Brainstorming

  • if the “Everybody has to add at leas one idea” option is enabled in the Event Settings and someone has not added any retro cards to the board the Facilitator will get an informative error message about the situation. The step can be changed regardless by clicking Continue Anyway

Presentation

  • the Facilitator can click on the Participants in the Sidebar to filter down to their retro cards

  • apértelmezetten mindenki kártyája latszik, de oldalt a usereket kiválasztva tudunk koztuk szurni (egyszerre egy user lehet kiválasztva)

Voting:

  • ha a beallitasoknal be van kapcsolva a kötelező szavazás, es van aki meg nem szavazott, de a facilitator a kovetkezo step-re lepne, akkor figyelmeztetest kap
