There are 3 roles in Power Retro:

  • Participant

    • can create retrospective cards

    • can use the grouping mechanics

    • can cast votes

  • Facilitator

    • can do all of the things a Participant can and in addition:

      • can change the steps during a retrospective

      • can modify the event settings

      • can create Action Items

  • Spectator

    • can only spectate the board, can’t interact with it actively
