Action Items are one of the most important pieces of a Retrospective. They determine what further actions are needed to be done based on the feedback and discussions during the event. Power Retro’s Actin Items are simple and comprehensive but they still manage to carry a lot of information inside them.
Clicking an Action Item brings up the Action Item Edit modal in which:
the Title, Assignee and Description can be edited
Due date, Topic and Priority can be set
Jira issue can be created from the Action Item
clicking the Save button will save the changes
clicking the Cancel button will discard the changes
the Action Item can also be Deleted from this modal.
Right clicking an Action Item or clicking the 3 dot menu button on it’s right side brings up a context menu with the options to:
Edit
Change priority
Adding a due date
Add Topic
Create Jira Issue
Deleting the Action Item
Creating a Jira issue is done through the familiar Jira Create issue modal
Adding a due date is being done with the help of a calendar selector
Before deleting an action item a Confirmation modal is always shown to the user
