The Discussion step is for going through the most important topics of the Retrospective, discussing them and creating Action Items for them.
Retro Cards and Groups which got at least one vote are displayed during the Discussion step in the “All rated topics” section. Clicking on the Retro Cards and Groups in the “All rated topics” section will select them. Doing this will also reveal any Action Items that has been already added to them

After selecting a Retro Card or Group, Action Items can be added to them. After typing in the “+ Add action item and press Enter!” field by pressing Enter or clicking the + sign the Enterthe Action Item is created.

Action Items can be assigned to team members. By default the Action Items are unassigned. Clicking the icon brings up the list of team members and selecting one assigns the Action Item to them. The user can also search for specific names inside a project.
