General
...
Timer duration - sets the default Timer duration during the Retrospective Event. Given in minutes.
Allow stepping back during event - when enabled, let’s the Facilitator step backwards during the Retrospective Event

Allow latecomers to participate during event - when enabled, lets users who join the event late to interact with it

Show unresolved action items - by enabling this setting, you will be able to review all your unresolved action items from previous retrospective events before starting the current event.
Allow AI during event - if you allow AI during the event, you’ll be able to use AI for automatic grouping and action item creation.
Timer
Enable Timer - when enabled, the Facilitator can set time limit for the event or for the phase.
Global Timer - when enabled, the Facilitator can set a timebox for the whole event.
When disabled, the Facilitator can set the timebox for each phase of the event individually.Timer duration -sets the default Timer duration during the Retrospective Event. Given in minutes.
Start timer automatically - when enabled, the timer will start automatically simultaneously with the event
Everybody has to add at least one idea - when enabled, the Facilitator will be warned if he/she tries to go to the next step while there is at least one user who haven’t yet added a card to the board

Only the facilitator can create groups - when enabled, only the Facilitator will be able to create groups at grouping phase
When AI is enabled above, AI Grouping button is Live on the Grouping step of the event and the Facilitator can click on the button to arrange the cards in groups.
Number of votes - Controls how many votes each user has
Everybody has to cast at least one vote - when enabled, the facilitator will be warned if he/she tries to go to the next step while there is at least one user who haven’t yet cast any votes
