After a user with Retrospective Administrator permission allows AI assistance in AI Settings the Facilitator of a retrospective event has the option to use AI Grouping in the Grouping step.

Arriving in the Grouping step, an AI Grouping modal pops up.

  1. Don’t show this message again - this allows the Facilitator to turn off this message for further events in a project or team. If the checkbox is checked and the user clicks on the Cancel or Try it! button the AI Grouping modal does not show up again for that particular user in the next event. If the checkbox is not checked and the user clicks on the Cancel or Try it! button the AI Grouping modal shows up again for that particular user in the next event.

  2. Try it! and Cancel buttons - clicking on the Try it! button, the cards will be organised into groups by the AI. Clicking outside of the modal or on the Cancel button the modal will be closed without the AI grouping the cards on the board.

Closing the AI Grouping modal the Facilitator can still use the AI Grouping feature from the board.

  1. AI Grouping and Reset Dissolve groups buttons - clicking on the AI Grouping button, the cards will be organised into groups by the AI. After the grouping the cards can be dragged and dropped to other groups, and the groups can be edited and deleted, new groups can be added. The AI Grouping button is only active for the Facilitator during the event. Clicking on the Reset Dissolve groups button, all the cards are ungrouped, even if the groups were not created by the AI. The Reset Dissolve groups button is only active for the Facilitator during the event.

  1. Reset Dissolve groups warning - clicking on the Reset Dissolve groups button a warning pops up. Users can choose to cancel the ungrouping of the cards by clicking on the Cancel button or affirm the intention of the ungrouping by clicking on the Reset button.
